Urbanimal offers frequent buyers programs to its customers for selected brands. The client is fully responsible for tracking, managing and keeping your proof of purchase.

To participate:

• Register online at our website or ask one of our customer service representatives to set up your account at our Aylmer branch.

• If you buy your bag in our store, do not forget to mention your name or email address to the cashier with every purchase you make.

• Food or litter bags must be the same brand and size to qualify.

To claim a free bag:

Once you have accumulated the number of receipts required, please give them to one of our customer service representatives to get your free bag.
